1 - International Customs & Fees
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms--no exceptions.
Back to Top2 - Color Variances Between Monitors
Color variations may occur between monitors and printers and this goes for art print colors, t-shirt colors, and screen printing ink colors. If you have specific color questions or needs, please let me know and I can work with you to match your color scheme.
3 - Christmas Ordering Deadline
My Christmas ordering deadlines are: US: December 10th International: December 1st. If if you order by these above dates, your orders will post before the USPS cut-off dates (12/19 for US; 12-10 for international). I CANNOT guarantee pre-Christmas delivery as I don't control the shipping companies or customs, but I will get your orders out before the posted deadlines.

5 - Returns & Refunds
I will exchange your item or refund your order if returned within 30 days and the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent (i.e., not worn, not washed). The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and insuring the return shipment against loss (I recommend U-pic.com or Shipsurance.com; USPS also provides shipping insurance). I will then ship out a replacement shirt within my current t-shirt processing times or refund the order once the returned item is received.
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is to recoup some of the costs of screen printing the item.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON MADE-TO-ORDER OR CUSTOM ITEMS.If there is a problem with a custom item, please contact me and we will work to resolve the issue together.
Back to Top6 - Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed via this method. If you require a guaranteed arrival date, please send an email to info@grammaticalart.com and I will provide you with an expedited delivery quote and time frame.
International delivery dates can vary greatly from 1-10+ weeks depending on the country's customs office and their policies. Unfortunately, I do not control these offices and cannot predict your package's clearance date and in turn, its arrival date.
Back to Top7 - Processing Times
As you can customize sizes and shirt colors for your order, all shirts are printed on-demand especially for you. To accommodate these customizations, we do have a current processing time of 5-7 business days before we ship your order.
Back to Top8 - Cancellations
We work quickly to complete your clothing and print items, this is why we can only accept cancellations within the first 24 hours of your order. After that, we have most likely printed your art print or started screen printing on your clothing item. If we haven't shipped the item yet, we can typically cancel your order. The 24 hour policy is trumped if the order has already shipped. If an item has already shipped, you are more than welcome to return the item for a refund.
Back to Top9 - Other Information
I have a smoke-free home, but I do have a fluffy husky. While she is not allowed in the screen printing or packaging areas, there may be a loose dog hair or two. For that, I apologize in advance. (Shaving her completely bald has crossed my mind at least 100 times.) Q: Can I change something in the design? A: Yes! You can change fonts, color schemes, and completely change the design all together. For more in-depth customization, please contact me so I can create a custom listing for you. Q: Why do shirts take so long to process? A: While I have an entire room of blank shirts, I do not always have every shirt style, color, or size available immediately. I also burn all of our screens in-house, and a new screen design can take 2-3 days to properly process. When ordering from GrammaticalArt.com, you are agreeing to receive emails from Grammatical Art where applicable by law. You can opt out at any time.
